Weekend Passes For 2017 Cubs Convention on Sale Friday, November 18th

The Cubs have announced that weekend passes will go on sale Friday, November 18, 2016 at noon.

There is also a special presale for Mastercard holders that starts at 10:00 a.m. CST on November 18, 2016.

The price has increased significantly this year from the $75 (including all fees) these cost last year. The weekend passes are now $108 (cheeky) plus convenience fees and will be valid for all three days.

Good luck - these will be tough to get this year if you don't act quickly!

  1. For the presale, does the mastercard have to be a credit card? Or can it be a debit card from mastercard?

  2. If only the site worked. Got into buy tickets at 10:10 this morning and put in 1 or even 2 tickets and it said they weren't available together...wasnt for another 30 minutes that it showed up sold out. So much for the perfect Xmas gift.

    1. I believe that a lot of tickets for Convention and games are snatched up by brokers. Now I don't like to believe that the brokers have pre sale access but is a possibility

  4. Unknown...same thing happened to my family. We tried from morning till 1:30 giving us the same options. Finally spoke to a customer service person who told me they were sold out by 12:02 pm. We were online till 1:30 with the same options as you. So disappointed. Now if you want them people want a ridiculous amount of money. So sad....Guess I will spend that for opening day! Alot of heartbroken people...too sad people are buying to make a profit instead of letting some of us die hard fans have a chance. :( I feel your pain!

  5. Yes, I was on there too with same experience. I started right at opening time till !:15 giving me same options- please try another option - I tried for 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 with same dumb answer. Very disappointed - we were trying for passes so our Nephew in from D.C. could attend for first time ever. Sad he'll not get the chance to experience it. Then others want over $ 500.00 for each pass that should be illegal. Disgusted.
